Nation    SC rejects review petition in Narmada dam case HTC (New Delhi) THE SUPREME Court dismissed a petition by the Narmada Bachao Andolan (NAB) seeking review of its earlier majority judgement giving a the go ahead for the construction of Sardar Sarovar Project in Gujarat. A three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice A S Anand, Justice S P Bharucha and Justice B N Kirpal rejected the review petition, saying that the Court did not find any error apparent on the face of the record, which may call for review.
